In this module, we will introduce the concept and elements of communication. What is communication? Why is it important? And also, you will be able to identify how much you are already doing in the communication area (maybe without even knowing). In this first module, we will focus on the Internal Communications process and tools. We will consequently learn about the best practices to apply inside our organization and create our own Internal Communications Plan. Later on, we can see all about External Communication with other stakeholders.
