Our Trainers

COMnGO is an international project that believes in the learning process through the vision and experiences of different professionals from all over the world. That is why these training courses have been developed by specialists from different countries and fields. Through interculturality and exchange, together we could create and build tools to help others in their communication’s performance.

Simone Guiducci (Italy)

Marketing and Strategies. He has a major in Communications and a Masters Degree in Organization and Marketing for Corporative Communications. He is in charge of the Web Development and Strategic Online Communications management of different associations and projects around the world, and he is one of the main trainers of COMnGO.

Alicia Vargas (Peru)

Communications, Marketing, Design and Creativity. She works as a marketing consultant for small businesses and is the Communication’s coordinator in Initiative et Développement Citoyen. She has experience in Social Media Strategies, photography and audiovisual production, and in sharing different trainings with young people

Joe Short (Denmark)

Passionate about NGOs and how to engage with various stakeholders, from funders to partners, staff, volunteers, members and beneficiaries.
Active in the field of Youth since 2004, he has worked as a project manager, consultant and trainer for NGOs in Europe, Africa and Asia with a focus on supporting organisations in improving their processes and internal and external communication strategies.

Francesco Malaspina (Italy)

Economy, Web Development and Online Communications expert. He is in charge of many NGOs websites and online/social media strategies, all in the field of youth and non-formal education and from different parts of the world. He also has the Google Advertising Professional (GAP) certification. He has experience in intercultural groups management and trainings.
